KFK Group acquired this 13-story, round tower at the foot of the Mississippi River Bridge in 2008. An extensive renovation converted the high-rise into a new, contemporary 180-room Holiday Inn and full-service restaurant.  The project was completed in early 2009 and has been the market leader since stabilization.
