KFK has a long history in the restaurant business, led by Elie Khoury’s background as President of Cucos.  KFK is currently the Louisiana franchisee of TGI Friday’s restaurants, with 2 current locations in the New Orleans metro region, and 3 more locations planned in other cities in the coming years.  In addition, KFK owns and manages a Chevys Fresh Mex franchised restaurant in Miami, FL, and launched a new Mediterranean restaurant named Mazza in Pembroke Pines, FL.
